dc.description.abstract |
In this work, the modified least squares boundary residual method LSBRM is
utilized,which takes into account electromagnetic field singularities at the metal -dielectric edge with the use of systematic weighting functions which accelerated the convergence.
The study is presented for different planar structures: the shielded micro strip line for which we have calculated the line parameters (the propagation
constant, the characteristic impedance and the phase shift ).
Our results are in a good agreement with those published in the literature.
